23 Pounds..I caught her on a sucker with a white glow jig at Anvil Draw, on Flaming Gorge. It was a very cold day, about -15. The rig was just laying on the bottom with the spool open. Then it started taking line and I let it take about 10 foot till I set the hook. I got it up near the hole.....it had fought like a log. Then it rolled, and fought very well for about 15 minutes before I got it in.

Dec. 98 at Firehole using mainly white jigs
I caught several small Macs and a 4 pound raindbow in Buckboard Bay In Dec. The ice went on just before Xmas and went off just after Xmas.

Fishing by Buckboard on SuperBowl Sunday, 1998. The ice is going off and you can see the open water about 40 ft. south of me. Floyd and his ever rusty dog Gus strolling along near Anvil. If you had enough sucker meat, you could Gus to pull your sled.
