General ideas for chapters:
Chapters on running in specific conditions
The woods are lovely dark and deep
Some nice quote about mountains
Some nice quote about running at night
Other chapters:
Your body knows how to run - including some exercises to connect to your surroundings. Also including the work of Bernd Heinrich and allusions to "Draggin' a Piano"
The War against sleep - getting up and doing it
All my ancestors - tibetans, plainsmen, Chris Gibson, john prohira
The Doing of Deeds - Heroic efforts, on "perceived effort"
Grooven', Counten' and Puken' - on the management of suffering and distress
And various other elements from the mindmap - foundations for thinking about running.
