Tater Tot Casserole Ingredients: 2 lbs. Hamburger meat 2 cans of either Cream of Chicken soup or Cream of Mushroom soup 2 tbsp. of onion finely chopped 1 bag frozen tater tots 1 pkg. shredded cheese (whatever kind you like) Directions: Preheat oven to temperature that it says on the bag of tater tots (varies) Brown hamburger meat In a square casserole dish put meat on bottom, then cover with both cans of soup, then place tater tots on top. Bake for as long as it says on bag of tater tots (varies) It is finished when tater tots are browned and soup is bubbling. Take out of oven and sprinkle on cheese (you can put it back in the oven if you want to melt the cheese faster) Watergate Salad Ingredients: 2 small boxes of Jello Pistachio pudding 1 20 oz. can of pineapple tidbits (or crushed) 1 16 oz container of Cool Whip 1 1/2 cups minature marshmellows Directions: Drain the juice from the can of pineapple. In a medium bowl, mix the pistachio pudding mix with the juice drained from the pineapple. Mix well. Add the pineapple tidbits to the mixture and mix. Fold in the entire container of Cool Whip, mix well. Add and mix in the marshmellows. Keep refrigerated. (Best when refrigerated over-night) |
