Regulations from a Hotel in the Wild West
These are true; they were taken from a history text book.
- Guests will be provided with breakfast and dinner, but must find their own lunch.
- Spiked boots and spurs must be removed before going to bed.
- Dogs not allowed in bunks. They may sleep under them.
- Towels changed weekly. Insect powder available at the bar.
- Special rates to “Gospel Grinders.”
- Assaults against the cook are strictly prohibited.
- Only registered guests are allowed the special privilege of sleeping on the bar room floor.
- To attract the attention of waiters, shoot a hole through the door panel. Two shots for ice water, three for a deck of cards.
- In case of fire, guests are expected to escape without reasonable delay.
- Guests are required to rise a 6 A.M. This is imperative as the sheets are needed for table cloths.
