This was written at the request of my Baroness for a song she could sing to her young daughter. At the time, I was deeply immersed in my M.A. in Medieval Studies and learning a whole lot of Latin. This is my first (and hopefully only) Latin filk.
Gladii belli feriunt, feriunt, feriunt.

Coqui culinae cibum dant, cibum dant, cibum dant.
