Associations

I'm a member of the "Advanced Switching Interconnect Special Interest Group (ASI-SIG)", which is registered in the US, and whose objectives are to develop a set of standards based on Advanced Switching. In the past, I've also represented Power X in the "Common Switch Interface X (CSIX)" and "Network Processing Forum (NPF)" organisations.

Conferences

In 2001, I gave a lecture on"High-Performance Intelligent Switch Fabric Architectures and QOS" in San-Jose, California. I've also done some presentations at the "Motorola Developers Forum" in Atlanta (2000) and in New-Orleans (2001) .

Interesting Research

Here is a list of research topics I've shown an interest in:

Experiences

I have a good knowledge of Analogue and Digital Electronics. I also have some experience in chip design, mainly (.13 u, .18u, .25u) chips using VHDL for the design and verification.
My programming skills extend to the following languages: C, C++, TCL/TK, VHDL. I also intend to learn other languages such as PERL and Java.
