Tasuki
Tasuki... Pronounced as tus-key.
He is the guy with the orange and wild hair. His weapon
is a metal fan which can produce flames. These flames are incredibly
powerful, unfortunately, poor Tamahome is often Tasuki's victim.
These flames can't come out just any old time. Tasuki will say
some kind of chant that goes like this...
Tasuki is the joker of the group. He is well-loved by all, even Tamahome,
despite the fact that they keep fighting... Sheesh. -.-;
Tasuki is one of the few seishis who don't fall in love with Miaka.
He claims out loud that he doesn't like women, no matter what happens.
But sometimes, you never can tell... I'm not too sure,
but I think he says (in manga no. 17) that he does like Miaka, but adds
(for Tamahome's benefit, mainly) that it's only a very TINY feeling...
Tasuki's family is introduced to us in the 14th manga. Turns out,
he has a very fat mother, who seems to enjoy... resting... her... breasts...
on... her... son's... head... o.0; Well, it turns out that Tasuki is the only son
in his family, he has lots of sisters and no brother. Which kinds of explains
his hatred for the female sex...
From my own observations, Tasuki is seen to be closest to Nuriko,
Tamahome, Chichiri, and Chiriko, out of the seven seishis. Then again,
Mitsukake doesn't talk much, and Hotohori is the emperor, while Tasuki
is more of a vagabond.
