Hinoto is the elder sister of Kanoe. She cannot see, hear and talk, but she can communicate with others mind to mind. She has the power to see the future in her dreams. She works for the government officials under the parliament building. (the government officials need Hinoto to foretell their future and try to prevent accidents from happening to them)
Hinoto found Kamui and the other Six Seals because she is trying to fulfill a secret wish! She entered Kamui's dream and tell him that if he became one of the Seals, what will happen to the future of the world and Kotori will not die. Actually, Hinoto lied to Kamui because no matter which side Kamui helps, Kotori is going to die anyway.
She has a dark side hidden in herself, but seems like she cannot control her dark side anymore & her dark side is taking over & tries to kill all the Seven Seals.
