Interpretation
Our interpreting market includes individual's visits accompanied
by our interpreters, to hospital, surgeries and courts etc. Our interpreters
specialize in a wide range of proceedings. For example; hearings, trials,
conferences, interviews and meetings etc.
In hospital and surgeries, some patients can not explain situation
of their illness because of English being their second language. We
travel with them to explain their situation to the doctor because we
believe that if situation is not explained properly, diagnosis might not
be accurate.
We have also noticed that in quite a few cases interpreter misunderstood
or misheard a client and the results in the Court or at Police Station
were not accurate. One wrong sentence or even a word can change the
situation of the whole case. We take good care while interpreting conversation
or an argument. We interpret, according to the client's desired
meanings and not word by word.
We also check third party's interpretation and provide a final
report with highlighted misunderstanding occurred at the time of interpretation.
We provide a proof of misunderstanding occurred in a particular situation
and suggest a solution.
