Stephanie Pagliuca has studied and practiced yoga with Debbie and Cindy at ZarnaYoga since March 2001. She has always had an interest in health and fitness. Stephanie has been involved in a number of community organizations including the Manchester YMCA, where she worked for more than 10 years and volunteered as an aerobic fitness instructor. She enjoys studying the many styles of yoga and meditation and their relationship to overall health and well-being.
