The Girls of Zaxby Park

The first picture (top right) is of Honey Bear.


Honey Bear has been my daughters most loyal friend for the past ten years. She taught Troi how to ride and is now in the process of teaching my eight year old Nephew and six year old Niece. Honey has had five foals and each one of them possess Honey's temperment and unflapable nature.

The second picture (middle right) is Holly.

Holly is our 26 year old Quarter Horse mare, who carries the bloodlines of Clover Drift, Chickeramic and Tejano Chico. Holly has had four filly's for us, all of whom carry the perfect balance of intelligence and muscle. Holly has long since retired and is living a life of luxury and pampering.







The third picture (bottom right) is Dixi.

Dixi is by our Quarter Horse Stallion - Bossy(dod 1999) - who was by Mr Freckles Boy and her Dam is our Holly. Dixi had 16 weeks training in preparation for cutting career, then promptly damaged a tendon whilst home for a spell. Dixi had shown great promise and we were shattered to learn her fate.
Dixi is due to have her first foal in August 2005.
