After getting the Titan's Mitt, there are several useful items that you can go after.
TEMPERED SWORD: Enemies will be getting much stronger at this stage of the game, so it's a good idea to get your sword tempered up. In the south of the Thieves' Village in the Dark World, is a frog.  Lift the dark green stones and talk to him. It will follow you. Use the magic mirror to warp to the light world. The frog will turn into a blacksmith. Take him to the Smithy in east Kakariko Village and reunite the partners. Leave the house and go then go back in. Ask them to temper your sword for 10 rupees. Wait a little while and then go back to the Smithy and get your new orange tempered sword.
THE LOCKED BLUE CHEST: In the Thieves' Village, in a house where the smithy is in the light world, you'l fins a blue chest that is locked. Touch it and it will follow you. Use the mirror to warp to the light world. Now you need to make your way to the mysterious middle aged man who stands by a sign between the Desrt of Mystery and the swamp. (Using the Flute is a quick way of getting there) Talk to this former thief and he will open the chest for you. Inside is a Magic Bottle.
MAGIC CAPE: Go to the graveyard in the Light World. Pick up the dark green stones in front of the gravestone in the top-right corner. Dash with the pegasus boots at the gravestone to move it. Go down the stairwell. Walk north through the cave and open the chest for the Magic Cape.
CANE OF BYRNA: Once you have the magic cape. Go to Death Mountain in the Light World and use the warp tile there to go to the Dark World. Drop off the ledge just south of the circle of bushes. Enter the cave you land nearby. Use the hammer to knock down the barriers, then use the cape to walk over the spikes. Open the chest at the end for the Cane of Byrna.
You should also have all the Magic Spell medallions by now too. If not, see Items for details on how to obtain them.
