Located in the centre of the Thieves' Town in the Dark World.

Pull the lever on the large green statue to open the entrance.

BLIND: Hit his head with your sword repeatedly. When it flies off, a new head will grow, hit the head until it comes off too, and so on. Try to block the fireballs with your fireshield if you have one. It's easier to hit him when he is in the south of the room. Hitting the third head will kill him. Pick up the Heart Container and rescue the Maiden.
FROM THE START

Blue Horses, Red Horse, Spark, Firesnake, Red Blob: Drop off into the lower level. Open the chest in the west of the room for the Map. Exit the room by walking north.
UP 1: Firesnake, Red Horse, Blue Skeleton, Red Blobs: Open the chest on the upper level for 20 rupees. Exit the room by walking east.
RIGHT 1: Sparks, Red Horses, Blue Horses, Firesnakes, Red Blobs: Exit the room by walking south.
DOWN 1: Firesnakes, Blue Horses, Red Horse, Spark: Open the chest on the upper level for the Compass. Exit the room by walking west.
LEFT 1: Open the chest for the Big Key.
RIGHT 1, UP 1: Unlock the door to the north of the room.
UP 1: Blue Skeletons, Red Skeleton: Lift the top-right pot for a key. Unlock the door in the south-west of the room.
LEFT 1: Firesnake, Red Horse, Blue Horse.
LEFT 1: Clouds, Glowskull: To kill clouds, hit the nucleus with your sword.
LEFT 1: Clouds, Firesnake, Glowskull: Walk up the  conveyer belt without getting hit by the spikes.
UP 1: Red Blob: Pick up the pot for a key. Hit the switch blue to lower the blue blocks. Unlock the door and go up the stairs to 1F. You'll be in a room with bats and a lizard. If you pull the lever, monsters will attack you. Pick up the pot in the corner and stand on the switch to open the door.
RIGHT 2: Lizards.
RIGHT 1: Lizards: Open the chest for bombs. Lay a bomb then pick it up and throw it onto the cracked floor to open a hole that allows the sun to shine through to the floor below.
LEFT 3: Go down the stairs to B1.
DOWN 1: Go through the door at the top-right of the room .
RIGHT 1: Red Horses, Cloud.
RIGHT 1: Blue Horses, Red Horse, Blue Skeleton: Go down the stairs to B2. You will be in a room with a Red Horse, Blue Horse and a Blue Skeleton. Lift the large grey block to get through.
DOWN 1: Red Horse.
RIGHT 1: Red Horse, Blue Horses, Red Blob: Walk north. Touch the locks on the gates and the big key will unlock them. Rescue the maiden in the cell at the end. She will follow you. Open the chest for a key.
LEFT 2: Red Jellyfish, Blue Jellyfish: Unlock the door on the left.
LEFT 1: Hammer down the barriers before the floor tiles collapse. Open the big chest for the Titan's Mitt. Now you can lift dark green stones!
RIGHT 2, UP 1: Go up the stairs to B1. Lift the top-right pot and stand on the switch to open the door on the right.
RIGHT 1, UP 1: Walk into the light and the maiden will show her true form. She transforms into Blind, the boss of the dungeon.
