Mysterious Woods...
The mysterious Forest entrance is to the west of Mabe Village, north of the library. The following is a good route from the entrance: 1 NORTH, 2 EAST, Go into the log, you'll be in a cave. Don't stand on the craked floor for long or you will fall through. Run around the cracks clockwise, slashing bats and crystals as you go. Now you should be able to push the stone in front of the chest. Open the chest to get 50 rupees. Continue to the room at the end of the cave. Push the blocks to get to the exit. Once out you will see a mushroom, get it! Go back through the log cave. Go 2 NORTH, 2 EAST, 2 SOUTH, 1 EAST, and enter the Witches Hut. Give the mushroom to the witch, she will give you magic powder in return. Go all the way back to the log cave entrance. From here go 1 WEST, 1 NORTH. There is a pesky racoon her that has made the forest further on all muddled. Use the magic powder on him. The spell will be broken and he turns back into Tarin! Now head North to find a chest with the Tail Key in it. |
