Terra Branford

Age: 18  Height: 5' 7"
     Terra is the only person alive who is able to use magic; which is exactly why the evil Empire are after her.  If they get her in their power they can use her to destroy the world.  She suffers from amnesia however, so you don't know everything about her from the start.

Locke Cole

Age: 25  Height: 5' 9"
     Locke is a member of the Returners, a group who are against the Empire, and trying to keep Terra from being caught by them.  Although many people call him a thief, he is actually a treasure hunter, or so he says.

Edgar Roni Figaro

Age: 27  Height: 6' 2"
  Edgar is the King of Figaro, and is very adept with machinery; his special skill is in fact Tools.  He fancies himself as a ladies' man, but doesn't seem to have too much success where they are concerned.

Kefka

    Kefka is a member of the Empire, the organization bent on capturing Terra and using her powers to destroy the world.

Gestahl

  Gestahl is another member of the Empire, and desperate to possess Terra's powers.
