Sailor Moon RPG Sailor Moon Luna

Chapter 1: Her Destiny

Forward to Chapter 2-1?

  1. Save at the LunaP ball if you wish; keep the file if you want to start a new game w/out going through the little scene. Outside Usagi's house, the guy with the backpack will heal your health if you talk to him, not that you need it right now.

  2. Go to the clock shop for watches or alarms. I always got at least five watches, one for each of the inner senshi. The Earrings you can get at OsaP later cost the same amount and are more powerful speedup accessories.

  3. Go to OsaP and fight the youma/daimon/monster - you won't need to heal during the battle, but your health does go down to at least 10. There is a box in the far left upper room on the second floor. It's an ancient doll. There's a LunaP ball in the room below if you wish to save.

  4. Go to Hikawa Shrine, then follow Ami to the bus station and then to Tokyo Train Station. Talk to Rei to start the next scene.

Once you go in, you can't get back out - you'll have to finish the small scenario. If you want, you can pay the bus fare and go back to the main part of town and check out the shops that weren't open before. Be careful though, it costs 180 yen to get back. Make sure you leave yourself enough money if you decide to buy things.

  5. Go inside and talk to Ami. You'll all transform; save at the LunaP ball if you want.

  6. You'll fight two Combaters; no need to heal Usagi's health. They're weak. All the senshi will level up in both fights. You can now use your stronger attacks.

  7. Go left two screens from Hikawa Shrine to get to the hospital. Hotaru's room is on the third floor on the far left.

You can mess with the red rope in front of the Hikawa Shrine. As far as I know, it only makes funny noises.

  8. Youma will come in, and Usagi, Michiru, and Haruka will fight it. Michiru & Haruka run out of energy after about their first attack, while Usagi has enough for a few of her Moon Spiral Heart Attack and some Tiara Magic.

LunaP ball is in the first room of the hospital. Can't miss.

  9. A scene of the enemies. They're being led by a woman called Apsu, and the enemy that looks like Usagi sans the meatballs is Sin. She has a little brother called Anshar. The other four enemies are like bad-versions of the scout they look like. The Jupiter-looking one is called Marduk, Mercury looking is Nabu. Mars looking one is Nergal, and the last one (Minako-look alike) is Ishtar.

  10. You team up with Hotaru, Michiru, and Haruka. You're supposed to go back to Usagi's house. Since you can now battle monsters in the field, I always fight as much as I can stand before doing so - getting money/yen from monsters and buying stuff.

NOTE: Between exploring all the areas described below and going to Usagi's house, I bought accessories for all four of them. A tiara, bracelet, and anklet each. All of the notes on how easy the monsters are may and are affected by the accessories. I try to give all my senshi one of each kind of booster (attack up, defense up, and speed up) unless otherwise noted. This affects how the youma are perceived - easy, hard, whatever. Please note that differences in levels and accessories will make a difference in how easy/hard the youma are for you.

In the Crossroads and Hikawa Shrine area, the youma are Jumohs, Tesnys, and Garobens. Pretty easy youma. Just hit them with your attacks that do damage to multiple enemies and you win.

If you go to the train station, nothing's changed but that in the train itself where you fought the Combaters, you fight Persian Cuts instead.

At Maison Apartments, Mamoru is in his apartment. He doesn't say anything useful. There's a LunaP ball outside the door to his apartment.

If you ride the bus to the Infinity Academy, there are harder youma, Steerings. Most of the time, they attack in groups of two. Their attacks do something like 30 to upper 40s damage apiece; make sure your health is at least 90 before you go here. You can't get into the Academy itself until later.

To the left of the Academy itself is a Collector's Items shop. They buy items called Maniac Items (categorized as Rare in the item menu) at ridiculously high prices. A Studio Cap will get you 50,000 yen. The Ancient Doll is 12,800 yen. There's also a LunaP ball in here.

Down one screen is Tomoe Labs and a LunaP ball. You can't get in yet, but check it out anyway; there are some boxes here with a Nigiri Set, and Cologne, both only usable in battle. Nigiri Set heals 300 hp and Cologne restores all your EP to everyone in your party.

In Harumi, there are Steerings and Dobrins. The Dobrins don't give you much damage if you can kill Steerings easily, but they're tough little suckers. They have roughly 200-250 hp. There's a guard that will tell you the building behind him is called Harumi Tower, but you can't get in.

A screen above the Harumi Tower screen, is an area you'll come to later in the game, when you're looking for the earth side Sea of Serenity. There's a LunaP ball at the first warehouse on the bottom row of warehouses. There's a box at the end of this row with a Life Crepe. It resurrects a character in battle and heals 300 hp. Usable only in battle. Another box with a Nigiri Set is to the right of the Life Crepe box. Two boxes to the right of that one have a Studio Cap and a Nakayoshi Manga Magazine. Usable only in battle, it restores 2 EP. You can sell the studio cap for 50,000 yen. From the Dobrin battles, I got Manicures, which you can only use in battle but ups your attack power for a short while. You glow red while it's in effect.

  11. At Usagi's house, run upstairs to Shingo's room (bottom left) and fight the youma. It's CureneyGreen, and your first somewhat of a boss-ish battle. Green with green bat-wings, it's health is 290 or below. At level 11, you can beat it in one attack. You receive 25,000 yen for beating it.

  12. Well, you're left without knowing where to go. Walk out of Usagi's house and your communicator beeps.

By the way, if you're ever left not knowing where to go/what to do, talk to the people in the area. You'll eventually stumble across someone who'll ask if you know where to go next. Answer that you don't know, and he or she will help you out.

  13. Go to the chamber where Rei was doing her fire-reading. You'll learn some more about the enemy and get another mission. This time it's at the Junior High - to the right of the hospital.

If you're not at a high level (high being 8 to 12), go to some of the areas such as Harumi and Infinity Academy to level up - makes the coming battles easier. Also, it might be a good idea to buy some items that cure poison (such as Bath Medic - found in Am24Pm) and EP restoring items.

  14. Go into the rooms and rescue the four inner senshi. All the inner senshi are guarded by youma and are dreaming. You'll have a scene where you "see" their dream.

Mercury is in the room directly to your left as you enter the building. Fight the youma - it's called Muhreed and likes attacks that tend to poison you more often than not, such as Toxic Mist. If your near level 11, the battle should be more than easy.

Third door right from the entrance, there's a LunaP ball inside the room.

Second floor, first door from the left, there's Sailor Mars. The youma is another Muhreed.

Third floor, sixth door from the left, (3rd door from right) and you find Sailor Jupiter. The youma in this room is called Jarcock. It has a little bit more defense than Muhreed, but it was still a very easy youma to beat.

Fourth floor, sixth door from right (3rd from left), and you find Sailor Venus, no youma. You watch her dream, and then the youma comes - another Jarcock.

ChibiUsa's on the roof (stairs are on the left).

  15. New mission - you're to go to different countries and look for the special Hi Stones. Ami goes to Switzerland, Rei to Nepal, Makoto to Canada, and Minako to Turkey. Luna comes out and asks if you want to save.
