The above 8 steps only constitute the construction experience. Once you close on your home we then move into the Blossom Protection Plus warranty process. We offer one of the best warranty processes in the residential construction business. Our warranty consists of a 1-2-5-10-30 year coverage plan. A One year HBA mechanical warranty, 5 year no leak warranty and a 30 year foundation structural and no leak warranty come standard with an option to purchase a 2 year mechanical warranty and a 10 year structural warranty.
