Background:
Rocco is the latest product of a long and distinguished lineage of Imperial & Republican mechanics. His father taught him everything he knows about starship repair, which is Rocco's passion in life. Rocco served the Empire with a spotless record for nine years. However, he began to nurse a great hatred for the Empire after he witnessed the way it squanders good pilots (and more importantly good ships) in the war with the Rebels. The last straw was sending the Far Orbit's complement of TIE fighters into an asteroid belt to root out a Rebel faction. Personality: Devoted to his craft; great respect for fellow mechanics and engineers, as well as fighter pilots; likes to air his ideas on performance improvements for the Far Orbit and its starfighters, often frustrated because his suggestions were ignored by old captain. Prediliction for alien pornography & Hoersch-Kessel ion drives.
