Russia 2nd Definitive Series
Issued in the year of
1997, and in use for less than one year, till 1st Jan. 1998, when Russia
changed its currency into new rupee system with 1 new rupee equal to 1000
old rupee and followed a new series of definitive R3 with denomination
in new rupees. All stamps in this issue are available in two papers: coated
and ordinary.
