The nasty abrasions to the forehead and cheek that you see were created with a simple mixture of oatmeal and latex, then appropriately colored. Teeth were painted "rotten" with a dental polish. Hair was disheveled with a mixture of carbon and hair-gel. Under normal lighting, the base makeup appeared much, much darker than you see here. The morsel I'm gnawing on was a severed leg with liberal amounts of "goo" applied.
