I got an email from a guy at AOL who sent me a link to their video page of Beetlejuice episodes. He said i can post it, copy the eps and post them on my website, whatever i wanted to do! so i posted a link. i don't have the bandwidth for a video. so go HERE!!! NOW!! they have like, 32 episodes up already!

Well, i was wrong! i am on Sparky's links page! talk about putting your foot in your mouth! *a huge dirty stinky BJ foot pops up and tries to weasel its way into my mouth* and someday i will recreate those pages....don't hold your breath, though. :P i think, i have a few pictures of me with LotR celebs that i need to post, like Alan Lee, and if i can get it from a friend, me hugging Royd Tolkien, JRR's great-grandson (and quite a cutie at that!) but right now i'm wanting to focus more on getting a professional freelance illustrator website going, and advertise myself all over the world so people will pay me lots and lots of money to do my thing for them. ;) That's about it!

I've decided to remove my good guys/bad guys pages. Due to a recent incident, I feel hypocritical using someone else's artwork without their permission. I never got sparky's permission. *sigh* she never said anything, but she never added me to her links page, after several requests, either. makes me wonder. the pages were made as practice for my html class anyways. mmmm frames! nasty!

i've been touching up things here and there occasionally. i revamped my portfolio page, then decided to make a completely new one that i send to potential employers. too bad i'm not a web designer, cuz it looks really boring. oh well. i added a non-BJ link to my links page. He's a very quirky artist, and i much enjoyed his website and artwork! I can't believe how much traffic this site gets! it sucks! LOL! i obviousely care about it a whole lot... maybe i'm just feeling really pessimistic right now because i'm unemployed and i feel totally unqualified for any kind of real job out there. *sigh* over and out!

another ringcon has come and gone! i am in serious withdrawl today, but i guess posting a picture from the con will help cheer me up a bit. Here's a group picture of me and lots of my geeky buddies with a famous guy! The guy laying down in front is Lawrence Makoare. He played Lurtz in FotR, and the Witchking and Gothmog in RotK! very large, very attractive man. ;) I'm the one that looks like i'm about to do the Heimlich maneuver on myself! *snort* the other guy there was Jed Brophy. he played a couple of orcs. he was awesome as well, but i don't have pics yet. i only got home yesterday! geesh people! ;)

Holy cock-knockers it's been a while! I got to meet more famous people! Andy Serkis, aka Gollum, and John Rhys-Davies, aka Gimli! go HERE! to see pics! I should have more soon, as well, as next week I will be in LA for the official www.theonering.net Oscars party!! see if i can't get some photos of HOBBITS on that page!! And hopefully meet my one true love, Elijah Wood! ;) A week after that is the next Ringcon. A guy who played an orc will be there, though sadly Bernard Hill, aka King Theoden, just cancelled. There is, however, a mystery guest slated to show up. Initially, the idea was that they were going to surprise Bernard....so. who knows. it'll still be fun, and i'll be parading around in my new Pippin costume! Gondorian Armor! Guard of the Citidel! It debuted at the Return of the King line party, actually. Go see a pic HERE!

I added a couple more photos to my Lord of the Rings page. I went to a Lord of the Rings Convention this weekend, and got to meet 3 of the stars! Craig Parker(Haldir), Bruce Hopkins(Gamling), and Jorn Benson(Rumil/2nd elf on the left/third orc from the right). unbelievable weekend! unbelievably friendly stars! i have a pic of bruce up right now, but the others are yet to come as people slowly get their pictures developed. *bounces off the walls* so for now, there's a picture of my poor toe in my "Rachel as Pippin" section, and a picture of bruce and me at the bottom, as well as a picture of my tshirt that craig signed. Jorn is the elf right behind haldir in the picture, actually! i wanted to get his auto on the shirt too, but at $10 per autograph, i had to restrain; photos with them are worth so much more to me anyways, and those were free!! well, let alone getting to spend three days schmoozing with them. *beams* GO GO GO!

I received a website Ech-cellence award from The Freaky Eye-Scream Shop! yay me!! so i put that up. I also put up a hilarious little Frodo gif that a friend of mine found me. *giggles* it's in front of the links for the Frodo/David pictures on the main page. aaaand, i posted a couple of celebrity pictures in the Lord of the Rings section of my art page. The first one is from Project Elanor (finally!). The only photos of me AND Sean showed his back, and the top of my purple do-rag. alas! But they took a big group photo, so i posted that. The other one isn't me, but a friend of mine who got to meet someone very special. *wink wink* i PLAN on being in the same position next february when i go to the LotR Oscar party. *is prideful* hmm, is that a sin? does it count? especially when you're madly in love with the person? *angelic smile*

whoah, it's been a while. hey, look at that! triple digit! *grin* just thought i'd throw a note in, to make it look like this site is actually active and being updated. ;) I've had a busy summer! I got married! duuuuuude, yep. so, yeah, busy. *winkwinknudgenudge* haha! i wish! planning, catching up after a 3 week trip, all sorts of CRAP. i'm working my ass off on my children's book illustration job right now, which eventually i'll post in my portfolio (after it's published, of course). yes, and it's for money!! my first REAL art job! pretty freakin awesome, eh?? you know, i just realized i make myself sound like a surfer chick. i'm not really...really! i swear! i just pick up so many isms, and surfer-isms are really funny and easy to say, so surfs up, duuuuude! *snort* haha like the turtle in finding nemo! see, someday i'll be MAKING those movies! it's my big evil plan to take over the world.....well, no ok, it's my dream job. ;) like you CARE! why am i writing here? oh yes! to say i hope to be changing the look of my portfolio soon to look a bit more professional (though the REAL one will be on a different site). i have some BJ pics to post, i think, so someday i guess i'll get around to that. otherwise, don't hold your breath. :-/ that's all!

all right. something i hope will appeal to some. on my 2D art page, i've put up composite images of each of the three top items--the interview, the Froud postcards, and the Nightmare before Xmas ones. this is so you don't have to keep hitting the back button to see the next one, which i personally hate, and i haven't figured out how to do a next button yet. :P (er, taken the time to figure it out). they're huge files, i warn you. but especially with the interview, i think it's worth it. i put the pics all in a row so you can read it like a comic strip--the way it's supposed to be read! ta da.

a few small things. 2 new awards for my site! one of them was even from someone i don't know! they're at the bottom of the main page. i updated the link to the Freaky Eye-Scream Shop, and changed the banner, and i screwed around with my art pages a bit. I was invited to be a member at a website called Artpool. i feel very privileged, since it's selective, and the other artists there are marvelous! check it out! The action figure interview is no longer on a testy GoLive page. it's simply 6 image links now (on my 2D art and LotR pages). someday i'll figure out how to do that right :P plus i added a teaser to the bottom of my Lord of the Rings art page for a photograph that will be coming soon. my friend tiffany took it, and she still needs to get her film developed. oh! you wanna know what it is? LOL it's a picture of me and Brad Dourif! woo hoo!! yeah i got to meet Wormtongue! how cool is that? i warn you, i'm dressed as Pippin. ;) should be good and silly. i went to a RingCon a week or two back. OMG it was so much FUUUUUUUN!! ok, i'm way off the subject. so. there ya go. that's it for now. alas!

Dude. i would consider this to be a big update. :P well, an important one anyways. i finally took it upon myself to fix the freakin background color!!!! a friend of mine pointed me to a grid of NON-DITHERING websafe colors, so that ALL of you lovely minions will see the same damned thing when you look at my site!! to many of you this may not be much of a change. it's a bit darker and more garish than before, but still a nice puke greeny-yellow. to others of you, you may have been seeing pink, or even grey! if you still don't see puke green, it's your color settings, OKAY? :P yay! *throws confetti* now, off to fix the fanart site, which sometimes looks BLACK!! dude. IT'S LIGHT PURPLE!! *sigh* PLEASE come back if my bad colors scared you off! *puppy dog eyes* i'd love to take the time to design this site well, but i need to get a real job first. ;)

Whoah!! There's new stuff here! hurrah! There are two new sets of artwork on my art page. One is a photoshop project i just did. i LOOOOVE brian froud's fairy artwork. The assignment was to make a promotional postcard. i made a series of four, and one design for the back. The second set are photos of the Nightmare Before Xmas mural i painted in 8th grade. My teacher took some final photographs of it, because next year they're going to tear down the building! *bawls* i've always wanted to just keep that chunk of wall. hehe oh! and on my index page i have added a link to a VERY sizzling drawing that my friend Walter just drew for me! He's madly in love with Gadget from "Chip and Dale's Rescue Rangers," and has been on a lingerie stint lately. i suggested snowflakes, given the season, and this is what he produced! Talent and creativity--this guy's gonna go far!

wow. it's been a long time! course, school will do that to ya. no new pictures as of now, but i changed a couple of links on my art page. for my beetlejuice artwork, instead of taking you to my links page, i have two links that take you directly to my fanart pages on my friends' sites. i figure the average surfer really doesn't want to sift through a bunch of stuff to find what they want. this way, you can get what you want directly! how american! and then you can mosey around their sites if you like what you see. :) so if you've given up on finding my awesome and huge collection of beetlejuice drawings, please take a second look. that's like, 3 years of my life right there! i moved my artwork! my other site, by the way, is zooropalovechild2. plus there's lots more to be posted soon! :) the cartoons and 3D pages, and a bunch more 2D stuff. momentarily, the new stuff is the new beetlejuice drawing on the main art page, and in the LotR section, there's a new page of studies, and one of pippin. i also made some bmp pictures into jpgs so they'll load faster. most of those are on the sweet page. they havent' changed. just a webmaster note. like you care. ok, i'm going now, i've bored you. haha! ;)

oooo happy corona day! k, i'm doing a big change, but you won't even notice it unless you look hard at the web address. I have lots more pics i wanna put up, but geocities likes to not give me much bandwidth if i have lots of space taken up. Hey folks! I spent all evening scanning pictures to put up on my artwork pages, but they're not quite there yet. expect them soon! However, i updated my bio page a bit (made it a bit more resume-ish), and stuck a couple of links in here and there. I changed a bit of layout on the front page, and various other little things. Mostly convenience stuff you wouldn't notice unless you used it. umm, i think that's it. oh! hehe! i put a photo of myself on my bio page! arent' i cuuuuuuute?! ;)

Have you yet noticed that i'm a night owl? Well well! great news! I got an award for my site! I'm so tickled! The website looks cute. You go around voting for different theme related websites and see if you can win. i never participate in anything so i've decided to not join. But you might as well give them some traffic. I'm sure i'll make use of the links in there someday when i need a fantasy fill. :) So! i rearranged my homepage, and added that wonderful Fraud of the Rings cartoon! it'll be updated every 2 weeks! it's a GREAT site! so funny! parodies on lots of different sci-fi stuff, like star trek, stargate sg1, star wars, um, babylon five *looks at site* and some other original funnies. and it's set up so that they actually leave a speech bubble empty, and you enter your own in a contest! OH it's so funny! I've tried my hand at it a couple times. I guess the winner gets a framed auto'ed version of the strip they won for. neato, huh? :) um, yep. oh, i added a link to my LotR drawings from my interests page, since that seems to be all that's there. heheeh. exciting, no? ;) Well, toodles!

OKAY! My LOTR drawings page is set up! and i think it's pretty stinkin cool! So, go to the main art page and click li'l 'lij to see 'em. :) I also made an executive decision to remove my jokes page. It was retarded, and i only made it to fulfill a requirement for my html class. if you did like them, tell me, and perhaps someday i'll make a cooler jokes page. image maps ARE neat. oh, i'm also afraid i'll use up my space here, so i need to keep my site trim, and adding drawings will NOT help. I may take down my "useless" survey. I may also take down my drawings eventually, with hopes that i'll get off my butt and put my artwork on the web on a REAL portfolio website, where employers go to look for talented people. also, it's more credible, and more professional, etc. etc. But who knows. Ramble ramble ramble. God i cant' wait for tomorrow night. Gonna get home from delivering pizza(joy), sit down, drink a beer, and open up my book again. :) Course, it's way past my bedtime right now, so i guess i'd better go. toodles!

I've FINALLY created a page for my artwork! yippee! There's nothing in it yet, cuz i'm at school. it's all categorized, so it'll be nice, i think. and i used a different background color! yay! I'll put it all in tables once i remember how to make tables! hehehe um, changed a couple things around on the index page, and my counter seems to be screwed up, as well as not looking like it should. forgive me on that, it's bravenet's fault! I will not have a page for my Beetlejuice artwork, because then i can make people go to my friends' sites to see it, giving them hits! :D aren't i nice! ;) But you can still see some of it on my favorite episodes page, and perhaps i'll sprinkle some more of them around. So! back to work! PS: aparently my counter is fine.

wow! ok, i decided my frames are okay. (this applies to my friends and enemies bios). but i did condense them a bit. all the bad guys are in one list now, and i put beetlejuice's neighbors under the dead. so there's just the living and the dead. wow. frames are a bitch! ;) i've also realized i really must put links to all my pages on all my pages. BLAH!!! well, i've put off my boredom tonite for a little while. we'll see if i do it anymore.
