Dissection of the arbitrary triangle to four triangles with equal area

Sides of the triangle are: a = BC, b = AC, c = AB,

ha is the altitude AD (not shown!) from the vertex A to the side CB;

xb = (b2 - ha2)1/2 is the distance from the vertex C to the foot of altitude AD.

The coordinates of the vertices of the triangle:

C{0,0}, B{a,0}, A{xb , ha}.

Two cases are shown with coordinates of the points.

These two cases are actually mirror reflections of each other

in the vertical axis.
