She is the main character, funny, cute, and clumsy. She's always energetic at school, tries hard to make Nina as her friend, althougnh Nina herself always stays away from Arika. Her background story is undevelopped, just told that she lived with her grandma in Galeria free region, and she knows that her mother was an otome. So, with no money, she went on an adventure to become an otome like her mother. She met Nina when she arrives in Windbloom, and sees Shizuru fighting a Slave. Seeing all the things, Arika directly asks Natsuki, the Gakuen-cho of Garderobe to make an exception for Arika to enroll in Otome class. That's how she ends up in Garderobe anyway...

Later it will be revealed that her mother is Rena Sayers, and the necklace on Arika's neck is actually her mother's GEM, Blue Sky Sapphire/Azure Sapphire. Rena Sayers is a meister otome of the former King of Windbloom. So Arika again, wants to become a meister like her mother.

He met Nina's father too, Sergay Wang from Artai. Arika is upset because of Sergay calling her Anty (yeah Arika is a lot like an ant...). FUNNY SPOILER, Arika loves Sergay.
