The first Mercedes I got into was the 300E. I liked the no-nonsense body style and diagonal trunk lid lines. I never got one, and some say they're the best sedan they ever made. I drove one once. I wasn't impressed. You press on the pedal and nothing happens for 2 seconds. Lots of guys who have them swear they're incredible for long trips. Oh well, moving right along . . . |
