Note to potential employers: I don't like to say this, but it is obvious from this fact sheet that I'm no spring chicken. I am 56 years old. But I am NOT senile! Far from it. Age discrimination is illegal in employment policies, but not in consideration for hiring, so most of the time my résumé gets tossed without even a follow-up. Please don't let that be a factor, but consider how useful I can be to you, even if it's only for 10 years or so. I don't need any 401k plans or health insurance coverage -- that was all vested on me from my last job. |
