After several movies of success located in the same time and with equally sordid characters, like it is the case of Full Monty (1997), Bob Hoskins penetrates us even more in that peculiar English life on which all the griefs and bitterness become force and imagination. In this case we will go inside the life of the gyms, where the strongest is the only one that stays. For all this it could not have been chosen a better allotment of artists and of times, so we meet with a CD of sixteen songs where we may find all type of genres and states of spirit intertwined, reflected as well in the duration of the cues like in the bands that perform them. Thus, we can end up this way listening fragments of music from Johann Strauss, with a duration of 42 seconds and of vigorous tone, while in the other end are people like Van Morrison or Primal Scream that although are of different styles, have a deeper sound that groups like Sunhouse or Beth Orton.
