1. Periodically evaluate the congregation as a mission force and as a witnessing group.
2. Develop concern in the congregation for unchurched people in our community and throughout the world.
3. Cooperate with the Pastor in providing ways and means for an effective outreach toward the unchurched souls in the community.
4. Organize periodic canvasses of the community and other systematic efforts to extend the Kingdom.
5. Utilize multi-media advertising and publicity tools to promote the church's mission.
6. Suggest literature and other visual aids to promote opportunities for congregation member participation in evangelism programs and activities.
7. Maintain congregation's "Prospect File" and keep records of all evangelism contacts made.
8. Assist the Pastor in the conduct of personal visits to whomever the Pastor may request.
9. Keep the congregation informed of District and Synodical efforts and programs.
