1. Membership on this committee are the Treasurer and the Financial Secretary.
  2. The duties and responsibilities of the Treasurer are:
    1. Disbursement of the congregational funds in accordance with the budget and/or as directed by the Voters; keep a record of all such disbursements; and to submit monthly financial statements to the Church Council.
    2. Be responsible for the counting of all offerings, by a minimum of two persons. Those persons doing the counting are responsible for the completion of the tally sheets and for the distribution of these tally sheets--one each to the Pastor, the Treasurer and the Financial Secretary.
    3. Compile the annual church budget, incorporating the requirements of the respective boards.
    4. Keep two signatures on file to authorize the payment of checks.
    5. Keep accurate and timely records of the uniloan debts and repayments, to include an annual report to the Voters' Assembly in April of each year.
    6. Annually study the feasibility of and make recommendations to the Voters' Assembly with regard to extra principal payments to the uniloan.
  3. The duties and responsibilities of the Financial Secretary are:
    1. To maintain a week-by-week record of all personal offerings for those members using offering envelopes and to provide a quarterly report to each of these members.
    2. To purchase and arrange for annual distribution of the offering envelopes.
