onathan Traphagen was baptised November 17, 1710 in the Kingston Reformed Dutch Church. It appears he died shortly after the baptism of his fourth son in 1743.     Jonathan farmed at Hohokus and on August 8 1741, along with his wife " Margaret LauRow" was admitted as members of the Pompton Plains Reformed Dutch Church.

Margrietje married second July 1, 1745 in the Pompton Plains RDC to William Jenkins. They produced several children and about 1790 removed with some of their Traphagen and Jenkins children to Ulster County, New York.
