  • Open a cold brew before starting.
  •  Mix your malt extracts into 1 1/2 gallons of water and boil for 15 minutes
  • Sanatize fermenter with a diluted weak mixture of household chlorine bleach & water
  • Add 3 gallons of clean cold water to your clean and rinsed fermenter
  • Add the hot malts to the fermenter
  • Once temperature drops below 78 degrees, measure the specific gravity
  • Attach the fermentation hose, and after initial fermentation subsides, the fermentation lock
  • Ferment for 2 weeks
  • Bottle and cap
  • Age for 2 more weeks
  • Drink a beer !!!
