The following night, after CNC's semi-final victory at Irongate, ENN readers made an attempt to regain their Birley Arms Pub Quiz title. Tom, Lucy, Andrew and Mr Wood, who named their team "Whittle Away" after a catchphrase from a Channel 5 quiz show, did not make the top three, but narrowly missed out on the £30 prize for a bonus question.
