CNC LogoCNC EVACUATED IN GAS SCARE

It has emerged that CNC was evacuated last week after a musterious cloud of gas engulfed the main building on Lark Hill Road. The fire alarm was sounding at midday on Tuesday 29th April because there was a smell of gas throughout the site. Staff and students waited at the bottom of the hill for 30 minutes while British Gas engineers inspected the building.

It has since emerged that the gas was from outside the college and part of a large gas cloud which drifted over Preston. British Gas received a total of 42 calls from all over the town. The source of the leak has not yet been traced
