Ethiopian community in BelgiumPlease come and help our people in need.Or send through the account number: 210-0901233-58 Dear Ethiopians and Friends of Ethiopia, Because of successive failure of rain in the last three years in some regions of Ethiopia over 10 million of our compatriots have been threatened by drought. The primary victims of this natural disaster are children, women and the elderly. People have already lost their loved once and livelihood. Even if there are responses from Ethiopians and the International community to reverse this situation, due to the scale of the problem on the ground what have been done so far is far less than what is required to save life. This indicates a lot of task awaiting the Ethiopians and the international community to address this problem. In this regard we the Ethiopian community in Belgium have set up a Fund Raising Committee For Victims of Drought in Ethiopia, which have objectives of Fund Raising and mobilization activities. To this end the committee has organized a fund raising programme.
