State of Florida,
Wakulla County.
     This indenture made this the twenty third day of April one thousand eight hundred and fifty two.  Now know all men that I William E. Fountain of the County and State aforesaid for the love and affection I have and do bear to Elizabeth Bratcher minor and daughter of Andrew Bratcher and also for and in consideration of the sum of five dollars to me in hand paid by he said Andrew Bratcher as trustee of said minor have given granted , bargained and sold and do by these present give grant bargain and sell unto the said Andrew Bratcher as Trustee of Elizabeth Bratcher minor as aforesaid for sole use and benefit of the said Elizabeth Bratcher fifteen head of stock cattle together with all their future increase more or less marked with a crop and split and under bit in one ear and split and underbit in the other branded with the figure four (4).  To have and to hold said stock cattle as trustee of the said Elizabeth Bratcher till she arrives at lawful age or marries and it is understood and agreed that the said stock cattle above specified, shall not be subject to any debts or contracts of the said Andrew Bratcher heretofore made or that he may hereafter make and it is also understood that the said Andrew Bratcher as trustee shall manage and control said cattle to the best of his judgement and skill for the interest of said minor but shall have no power to sell or dispose of said cattle whatever but shall do and perform as trustee all that the law requires of him, and deliver to the said Elizabeth Bratcher the cattle aforesaid at the time herein appointed together will all their increase.  In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this the day and year above written.  Signed sealed and delivered in presence of

      Be it remembered that on the 23rd day of April 1852.  That the above and foregoing instrument of writing were admitted to record in the Clerks office of the Circuit Court for said County.   The same having been duly acknowledged before me I have recorded the same.  The day and year herein above written.
