County of Van Zandt

Know all Men by these presents,
 That we E. P. Bratcher,Ora P. Thompson,

Ella Dorough, Kate Meeks, Bula Pirtle & Nat Bratcher of the county of Van Zandt and state of Texas, for and in consideration of the sum of Seventy Five dollars each. Except Ella Dorough wich is 25 acres out of the N. W. cor. of N. S. Bratcher 250 acre Sur. to us in hand paid by W. P. Bratcher of the county of Van Zandt and State of Texas, the reciept of which is hearby acknowledged, do by these presents bargain, sell, release and forever quit claim unto the said W. P. Bratcher and by these presents do for ourselves our heirs executors and administrators remise release and forever quit claim unto W. P. Bratcher heirs and assighns, all of our right, title and interest in and unto that tract or parcel of land lying in the county of Van Zandt and State of Texas, described as follows, to wit: Two hundred and fifty acre survey in Van Zandt County, Texas, about 5 miles S. W. from Grand Saline and about 9 miles No 45 E. from Canton and our said interest being in herited from our mother towit:-L. L. Bratcher, now deceased, and the said Ella Dorough is to have 25 acres of land out of the N. W. corner of said 250 acres of land for her part in lieu of Seventy Five Dollars and the said twenty five acres is to be out of said 250 acre tract the N. W. Corner of same and quit claim deeded to her and her heirs by the said W.P. Bratcher as or before the signing of this deed of transfer, by the said Ella Dorough and it is futher agreed and stipulated by the said E. P .Bratcher ,Ora P. Thompson, Ella Dorough, Kate Meeks, Bula Pirtle, and Nat Bratcher heirs of inheritance in and to the above described 250 acres of land do by these presents relinqiush all right title and claim which we have and hold by inheritance in and through our mother now deceased, unto the said W. P. Bratcher, To have and to hold the said premises, together with all and singular, the rights, privileges and appurtenances to the same in any manner belonging, unto the said W. P. Bratcher his heirs and assigns, so that neither us the said E. P. Bratcher Ora Thompson Nat nor thier heirs nor any person or persons claiming under us shall at any time hereafter have claim or demand any right or title to the aforsaid premises or appurtenances, or to any part thereof.
