George To all  Know ye that for diverf good Caufes and Consideracions but more especially for and in Consideracion of the Sum of Ten Shillings of good and lawful money for our use paid to our Receiver General of Our Revenue in this Our Colony & Dominion of Virginia have given granted and confirmed And by these prefents for us Our heirs and Sucefsors Do give grant and Confirm unto John Bradshaw of Prince George county One Certain Tract or Parcell of Land containing Ninety One Acres lying and being between John Tucker James Franklin Ragsdale and Hobbys Line between Nummifseen Creek and Mawhipponock Creek in the County aforesaid and bounded as followeth (to wit) Begining at Ragsdalles Corner in John Tuckers Line thence along Tuckers Line North Nine Degrees East one hundred poles to his Corner thence East Thirty Degrees North fifty one poles to Franklins Corner Thence East Twenty Two Degrees South Eighty two poles to Hobbys Line Thence South one hundred and Thirty Eight poles to Ragsdales Line thence West Twenty Two Degrees North one hundred and Sixteen poles to the Begining Witneff To have and hold & to be held Yielding and paying provided In Witnefs ....... Our Truly and well beloved Hugh Drysdale Esq Our Lieut Govr at Williamsburgh under the Seal of Our Said Colony the Seventeenth Day of August One Thoufand Seven hundred and Twenty five in the Twelfth Year of Our Reign
