Align Metrics

Many business leaders assume that their followers will do the right thing and put the best interests of the company ahead of individual goals. However, it is the way that individuals are measured is more likely the way they will behave and make decisions. The same is true for cultures. If the culture is not measured, it will either not change or the change will be uncontrolled. It is important not to measure "A" and expect "B".

Assign Value to Relationship

A static metric loses importance over time. Everything is undergoing change, it is either improving or it is not improving.
Understand the Motivation
Motivation is a personal quality. It cannot be assigned to manufactured. However, once the motivation is known, it can be improved.
