Services

The services described at this site follow a consulting model. The service exists to add value to any business unit and does not exist to promote itself. The consulting model begins with determining the appropriate business value that is driving the business. The model then progresses with the steps necessary to promote the success of adding business value.

There are six major elements to providing value consulting.

Determine Business Value
This service is to determine the metrics, measurements, or indicators that increase the shareholder value or profit.
Determine the Influence Factors
This service will build the model of how business is currently operating. It is a current and accurate depiction of how the world is today or the environment of a future market..
Determine the Root Problems
This service will analyze the perceived problems or symptoms and determine what the root causes are. It is not a hunt for a scapegoat, but an objective assessment of what is causing the current or potential difficulty.
Build the Solution Tree
This service is to determine what the proper sequence and timing is to implement the solution.
Align Metrics
This service is designed to know when the solution is complete or if it is working properly. It is both a feedback mechanism and a predictor of the success.
Business Environments
The environment changes as the business or business process moves through its lifecycle. As the environment changes, the culture of the business must change too. This means that an entrepreneur type of business cannot be run or supported as a more mature business.
