What is the PsiTimeline Web Ring ?

Psi Timeline Web Ring was designed to help people find links on the web. This works by individuals placing links that they find, on their own personal web pages. Then submiting their webpage to "Psi Timeline Web Ring".

Qualifications

Your site may not include XXX, Porn (links or pics), or any other item that the Ringmaster deams unapropriate. (the ringmaster does random checks on sites)
The Ringmaster reserves the right to include or refuse inclusion in this webring to any party.
The Ringmaster reserves the right to cancel any membership to PsiTimeline Web Ring.

Submition to Cool Links Web Ring does not automatically place you on the Ring. Your page must be approved by the Ringmaster before you are placed on the ring.
