Current situation of Iran’s economy

Now a days the Iranian Regime sounds like a peaceful country that respect freedom and human rights. This is very surprising to the entire world. Those who know the Iranian Regime know that this is a last trick to get money from Western Banks.

Iran’s economy is in a very bad shape. Its actually broke. This is the only reason behind their political campaign for peace and friendship. The government controls 95 percent of the economy . Their main income is Oil. With the recent drop in Oil prices their estimated revenue has decreased about 50 percent . On one hand the increase financial debt and on the other hand decrease Oil prices has force the Iranian Regime to rethink their domestic and foreign politics.They will continue their politic of domestic and international terror in a quite fashion and not in a confrontational and obvious manner like we are used to it.

They can’t generate any money from any other sources in Iran’s economy . People who produce and export any goods have to exchange their foreign currency with a fixed low rate. There is no enthusiasm to do any business with other countries . If you make money you have to turn it in. In case of any financial loss you are solely responsible for your business.

It doesn’t look good for the Iran’s economy . The Iranian Regime still dreams of Islamic empire . They want to have nuclear energy . I wonder why? In a country that more than 50 percent of its children is malnourished , it doesn’t make sense to spend more than 50 percent of the government’s budget for buying weapons.

In 1997 the relation between Iran and Germany and the rest of The European Union became very tense and confrontational because several Kurdish leader were killed by the Iranian Regime. Iran became isolated totally until the new presidential election promised more democracy and peace . They always make big promises when they are desperate and isolated.

Despite all this the EU countries are more interested in business than human right. They resumed their economic and political relation with Iran after the election of the new president of Iran.

The society in Iran is corrupted . Only people with Islamic credentials will get jobs. People are incapable of managing their life with a fixed income therefor they are forced to make some money with corruption and other illegal methods.
