Survivors arrive on shore following wreck of Sea Venture, 1609

"The survivors of the wreck of the Sea Venture, safely arrive on shore, as the hurricane abates.

The building of the Deliverance from materials salvaged from the Sea Venture, and with local Bermuda Cedar. 1610

"The survivors of the wreck of the Sea Venture, built two ships, the Deliverance shown here, and the Patience, to enable them to resume their journey to Jamestowne in the "New World". They departed Bermuda in May, 1610.
