Motorola desired a web site
for its customers that they could go to for resolving tech support
issues, while also allowing them to look into customization options.
This site represented the first phase of that effort. It featured
a fully interactive 3d phone that users could turn on, and browse
the menu's exactly as they would appear on their phone. It also
allowed users to select a certain feature from a menu and watch
the web site demonstrate how to use that feature by highlighting
keyes that needed to be pressed and showing the corresponding data
on the phones display. Streamed audio of a pre recorded voice over
would also describe the actions being presented to the user. |
