Extremes: We have accomplished with this expedition 3 extremes that we set up to do at the beginning of 1999 - visit our 2 borders and go to the highest mountain in Panama.

bulletWe have gone to Costa Rica to visit our neighbors and help them celebrate their proud 50 years with Land Rover
bulletWe have gone literally to the end of the road, to the  Darien Gap, at the border with Colombia
bulletWe have ventured to the highest point in the Republic of Panama - The "Barú" Volcano Summit, at 11,400 feet after 6 hours of driving

This adventure was Fantastic! It was a very technical trail from a driving perspective. It took the expedition 6 ½ hours to arrive at the summit. We would not have missed this for the world. We left Boquete at 8:00 am and returned at 6:30 pm. The expedition went extremely well.

Enjoy the pictures! We had great fun participating in them.
