SPS serves the entire state of Florida for flat rates without mileage charges.
SPS also offers special discounted rates for exclusive contracts and quantity guarantees.
SPS's rates are determined by four different factors:
- The process type: subpoenas or other type of process?
- The type of service requested: routine or special?
- The area of the state in which service is necessary.
- The location of the office requesting service.
Basic rates for routine service of subpoenas are:
$20.00 Local service
$25.00 Major cities
$30.00 Minor cities and rural areas*
$45.00 Service requested by non-Florida clients - all areas*
*Service required north of I-10 (excluding Duval and Leon counties) and Monroe county are priced on a case by case basis.
The basic rates for process other than subpoenas is equal to the basic subpoena rates plus $5.00.
Special Handling Rates = double (2 times) the rates for routine service.

Examples of services requiring special handling are:
- rush service
- service by appointment
- service during extreme hours - between 11 pm and 7 am.
Rush service is defined as service required within 72 hours of receipt by the server in the field.
Service requests with less service time than 72 hours (same day service, 24 or 48 hour service)
are discouraged and are priced and accepted on a case by case basis.

Service requests requiring personnel time commitments other than for service of process are billed at $45.00 per hour:
- locates
- surveillance
- testifying
- research
- courthouse walkthroughs
