Robby and Sweetie!

Come on in and meet my birdies. I got them on 31 May 1997. Their names are "Robby" and "Sweetie". Robby is a Hyacinth Macaw, one of the biggest birds in the world. Sweetie is a Scarlet Macaw. Doesn't she have the sweetest face?? I love these birdies please do not take them. Ohh my birdies are so happy that spring is in the air. They were tired of the warm fires and wanted some fresh air! hehehhe They can be seen at the park now on warm days playing with their mousie friends!!

My Birdies are getting ready for the Holidays! They have been to meet Roland too! Robby just squawked at Roland at first, because he had never seen a reindeer before! They get along fine together now though. Robby would rather go to the park and sit in the tree, because the residents of Littleton have hung bird seed in the trees. Have you ever done that? If you take a pine cone and coat it with peanut butter and then roll it in bird seed and hang it in a tree it's a bird feeder! Isn't that cool. Another thing you can do for the birds at Christmas is what my Gramma and I did one year. She had some old fake Christmas trees. Gramma and I set one tree in the backyard and one tree in the front yard. Then we decorated the tree with bread crumbs or pieces of bread, and also we put cheetos on it. When it was time to for us to eat Christmas dinner we looked out the window and all the birds were eating dinner too!! It was soooo neat!! Lots and lots of them! So, don't forget all the birdies in your neighborhood for Christmas!! 

This is Robby!! Isn't he beautiful! He likes to be out of his cage, so I let him fly and walk around my web pages. He is having fun meeting all of my other pets that live here. Roy really liked Robby. They are becoming fast friends. Robby likes to sit on Roy's head and they go to the park in Littleton. Oh my was Ronald ever scared at first when he saw Robby. But Ronald is getting used to him. Rhonda just fell in love with Robby, so whenever Robby goes to the park he sits with Rhonda and she feeds him bird seed, and you know what? Robby can say her name! He Can! It's amazing, and Rhonda just laughs and laughs, then you know what happens?? Robby laughs too!! He sounds just like Rhonda when he laughs. Sweetie loves the warm spring days in the park! She likes to sit on the swings and swing with her favorite mousie pal. Sometimes she just likes to sit in the Gazebo and watch for bunnies!! hehehehhe

My Sweetie likes all the lights at Christmas time. She will sit in the window and look at all the beautiful lights twinkling at night hehehehe. She likes to sit in the tree in the park in Littleton with Robby and check out all the decorations. I really think lights are her favorite. I have worked with Sweetie and she can say "Happy Holidays" hehehhee She thinks she is sooo cool when she says it, and everyone giggles. When she says it, I just kiss her little beak because it's soooo cute! hehehehehehe

This is "Sweetie". She is a shy bird, but she is very very sweet. She likes to be out of her cage too. So sometimes she flys with Robby to other places on my web pages. Robby takes good care of her. He would never let anything happen to her. You know what, Reggie just loves Sweetie. He saw her in the park with Robby one day, and they have become fast friends. You see Reggie is shy too. Reggie likes to feed her bird seeds and they sit on the swings in the park. The other day I heard Reggie singing to her, it was soooooo cute! Sweetie had her head cocked and watched Reggie sing. Pretty soon Sweetie was singing along right with him. I wish I had taken my movie camera. It was the sweetest thing I ever saw.

We have bought a lot of bird seed for the birdies. and Ms. Charlie gave us some too! So Sweetie and Robby will definately not go hungry! This is Cynthia! She is going to help me with the birdies! "Little" and all the other birdies on Ms. Charlie's page gave her to me! Isn't she cute. You can call her Cindy if you want too. Robby and Sweetie just love her. I love her too. :) She watches over Robby and Sweetie when I cannot be here. She will have many adventures on my pages.
