Welcome to my collection of Quake2 maps and skins. Feel free to send me comments or advice on map design.

Links to friends pages and the major Quake websites can be found at the bottom of the page.

sandslide.jpg (13719 bytes) SandSlide (ZIP 123k)

My first map's got a railgun arena (excellent practice), plus a slide just big enough for the average Quake2 player. Don't worry there's some other weapons too. Can get manic - try it against a few bots.

Up to 6 players

bigkitchen.jpg (25377 bytes) Big Kitchen (ZIP 327k)

Land of the Giants? 100% of household frag-cidents happen in the kitchen...

4/5 players, good for dueling.

sanddm3.jpg (12962 bytes) Hamster Run (ZIP 186k)

This one's quite enclosed, with some connecting tunnels and hidey-holes. Reminded me a bit of those plastic hamster runs, with transparent tunnels connecting different boxes, hence the name.

4 players.

Quake2 Skins

Please note: All skins are based on the "Male" model. To save download time, they do not include .MD2 files, so you'll need to copy in the ones from the Male folder.

sandman.jpg (5866 bytes) Sandman (Logan's Run) (ZIP 245k)

My trademark skin. Ok, I know Logan didn't have the beard - but I do.

"Run Runner!"

riker.jpg (5443 bytes) Riker (ST:TNG) (ZIP 148k)

Everybody knows him. A few familiar soundbites will keep you happy.

"Shields Up! Red Alert!"

tron.jpg (7059 bytes) Tron (ZIP 579k)

A bit bright, but worth it for the sounds.

"End of line."

Sandman (Mike) Who is Sandman?

Tha'sme, there. I was a bit late on the Quake scene, but then I joined the Fragshack, and now contribute to weekly bouts of mayhem and gibs until the early hours.

By day, my alter ego, Mike, is Systems Manager for the Department of Health in Guernsey. But on Friday nights I remove the disguise and reveal my true nature. Somebody hand me a rocket launcher... Hehe.

Don't ask me why - I just liked it, and didn't know where else to put it. cartman.gif (23527 bytes)
