Guest Rooms at the Maple Tree Inn The 1850 Room Enjoy the charm of the old world and the comforts of the 21st century in the "1850 Room". This bedroom was part of the original house that was constructed circa 1850. The doors, woodwork and hardware are original to the house. This room is located on the main floor of the Maple Tree Inn, making it a favorite with our senior friends who wish to avoid the need to go up and down stairs. There is a private bath adjacent to the 1850 Room, complete with a bathtub. (Sorry, there's no shower in this bathroom). The bed is a queen-sized, and there is ample storage space in the closet for your belongings. You don't have to live out of your suitcase at the Maple Tree Inn. Additional room amenities include: Alarm clock with AM-FM radio Desk with in-room telephone Color television with free HBO VCR (feel free to choose a movie from our personal selection Ceiling fan Central air conditioning   The 1885 Room For those wishing a more romantic getaway, the 1885 Room is sure to satisfy all of your needs. This room is located on the 2nd floor of the home in the 1885 addition. The addition was believed to be a 50th wedding anniversary gift from William F. Montgomery to his wife. The floor-to-ceiling windows give this room a very pleasant airy feeling, sure to lift your spirits. Look carefully at the ceiling and you can still see the character of the original plaster and lathe. The window glass is original, as are the window casings, doors and door hardware. There is a private bath adjacent to the 1885 Room, complete with an extra large shower (large enought for two!). The owner's collection of antique medicine bottles will make you think of the "good old days". The bed is a queen-sized, and there is ample storage space in the closet for your belongings.
