When we have lost someone we love, sometimes,
no matter how hard we try, it is very difficult to continue on.
The beautiful souls who have left our present lives would want us to go on,
to keep surviving. Their souls and spirits are still with us.
This is one of my poems especially for those in pain
and for the souls still abiding in our presence and our hearts.

STRENGTH OF THE SOUL

All the love in the world, All the strength of the soul, May never erase or ease the pain. But a soul can be patient, If a body will let it. A soul can fight grief, If it's body won't fight it. A soul can fight fear, If the fears can be captured. A soul must go on, A soul must keep loving, A soul must be strong for itself. If a soul grows too weak With fear and with grief, It will slowly wither and die. Stay strong for your love, Stay strong for your soul. Cherish the memories, remember the good. Stay strong 'till your soul finds it's home. Pamela Pauley-Perreault

And if in any way, words from another can help ease the pain,
please read on:

STRENGTH OF A SOUL

May the strength of my soul always be with you, May the strength of your own soul be there, too. May my guardian angels watch over you always; May your guardian angels show you the way. May the spirits above comfort your heart. May your troubles be few and soon depart. May the good of the earth lay ‘neath your soul; May sunshine prevail, each day a new goal. Pamela Pauley-Perreault
