TEAR DROP OF LOVE

Sometimes when I think of you Tears well in my eyes. Misty, brimming with love. No, not tears of sadness now, Just tears of joy. All the past tears, when you were a boy, The tears over the years, The tears from the sorrow Have melted away. Replaced now by tears Brimming with love, The tears I taste now Are of pride and of joy. A feeling of peace envelops me now. A tear drop of love, A smile in the soul.
