During the Spring Quarter of 1998, American River College Student, Paul Hodgkins drafted this letter to me explaining how to successfully launch into the Internet from America On Line. The first five (5) figures demonstrates HOW NOT TO do this, after many attempts, Paul found the secret and shows this in the last two (2) figures below.
Is this how most of you with AOL run up a brick wall? I hope Pauls explainations help you enjoy 'Surf'n the Net' from AOL a little bit better! And, a very special thanks to Paul for this page!

Figure 4
Figure 4 - AOL's NetFind, which apparently doesn't speak URL, as when your's was entered, yielding...
Figure 5
Figure 5 - a 70% hit on New TWAS President, which of course has nothing to do with what I was looking for. The lower listings get progressively worse.

"How I Stopped Shooting Myself in the Foot and Won the War!"

Figure 6
Figure 6 - The URL is entered in the scrolling field to the left of the "GO TO THE WEB" button bringing up...
Figure 7
Figure 7 - Bullseye!"
